We a have fully eqipped 10 bike stand workshop in our Tenterden shop. With trained and experienced mechanics at the helm to deal with your bike servicing needs.


We do not offer a specific time slot to carry out the service on your bike. All we say is, that to give everyone fair treatment, we give our best attempt to finish within 5 working days - depending on the availability of spares. We keep a high level of service parts but during busy periods stock can run lower than expected.

You will get a phone call from the mechanic to confirm prices with you before any new parts are fitted. We will not continue with any work until we have spoken to you first, so accurate contact details are essential. Any worn/broken parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested. Your bike must be collected within a week of it being serviced or repaired. We reserve the right to charge for storage if bikes are not collected within a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.



The Gold service starts from £150 respectively. If your bike is a Full Suspension mountain bike and requires a full strip including removal of the linkage, the service will be £200 mainly to cover the extra time for the removal and rebuild - if bearings are required they are at a additional cost.
