We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it quickly.
ONLINE ORDERS (INCLUDING CLICK & COLLECT PLACED ONLINE)
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items (or collecting them).
- Tell us within 14 days that you want to cancel
- You then have 14 days to return the item(s)
- We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back or receiving proof of return
Refund includes: the item price + standard outbound delivery (if you cancelled the entire order).
Return postage: paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
30-DAY GOODWILL RETURNS (UNUSED ITEMS)
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns window for most items provided they are:
- unused, unworn, unwashed
- returned in original condition
- returned with tags attached and original packaging where possible
This goodwill policy is separate from your legal cancellation rights.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong item, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Within 30 days, you may be entitled to a full refund
- We’ll cover return costs or arrange collection for faulty/incorrect items
BIKES & OVERSIZED ITEMS (COLLECTION FEES)
Some items require a courier collection service due to size/weight. For change-of-mind returns, a collection fee applies:
- Bikes or bike boxes: £60
- Indoor bikes: £100
- Turbo trainers, wheels, workstands, trainer mats and any item over 61cm x 46cm x 46cm: £15
These fees are waived if the item is faulty or incorrect.
CUSTOM BUILDS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom-built bikes and special orders may be exempt from the legal 14-day cancellation right if they are made to your specification.
Faulty/not-as-described rights always apply.
